Unwritten Style Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Unwritten Style. We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

During holidays, sales, new product releases, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer than usual.

Estimated Delivery

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery is generally:

U.S. Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days for some items.

Some products may arrive sooner or require additional delivery time depending on the supplier, shipping carrier, destination, inventory availability, and other circumstances outside our control.

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Multiple Packages

Unwritten Style works with multiple fulfillment partners and suppliers. If you purchase more than one item, your order may be shipped from different locations.

As a result, you may receive your order in multiple packages on different dates.

There is no additional shipping charge simply because an order is delivered in separate packages.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once tracking information becomes available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address or phone number provided during checkout.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact Unwritten Style as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Unwritten Style is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Delayed Packages

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays may occur because of severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, high shipping volume, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond the control of Unwritten Style.

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, please contact us so we can assist you with reviewing the shipment.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Verify the shipping address on your order.
Check around your property, mailbox, parcel locker, or other secure delivery locations.
Check with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the package.
Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
Contact Unwritten Style if additional assistance is needed.

Claims involving lost or missing packages will be reviewed individually.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

Packages may be returned to the sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or other carrier-related reasons.

If an order is returned to the sender, please contact Unwritten Style for available options. Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that an order be reshipped because of an incorrect address provided during checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, shipping rates, estimated delivery times, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may vary by destination.

When international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees unless otherwise stated during checkout.
